Accounting Clerk
Compensation:
$21–$24/hour + Full Benefits

Gain hands-on experience across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting
Opportunity for long-term career growth within the accounting department
Process and verify vendor invoices, including pricing, quantities, and account coding
Assist with check runs and vendor payments
Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor relationships
Review and update contracts prior to submission
Generate customer invoices and apply payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
Research and resolve billing discrepancies
Assist with journal entries and account reconciliations
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
Support tax reporting and maintain organized financial records
Assist with special projects and other accounting duties as needed
Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting
Property management accounting experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated job stability and a desire for long-term growth
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, or two or more years of relevant accounting experience
