Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment application, and collections follow-up
Perform general ledger support, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls
Prepare and review financial reports and account analyses
Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Qualifications
2+ years of accounting, AP/AR, or bookkeeping experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus)
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
