Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment application, and collections follow-up
  • Perform general ledger support, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Prepare and review financial reports and account analyses
  • Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of accounting, AP/AR, or bookkeeping experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus)
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
