Title: Accounting Clerk III
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027
Duration: 3+ months (Hybrid)
Pay rate: $22.00/hr. To $25.00/hr.(W2)
Shift: 7am-3: 30pm (Monday- Friday)

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Debit Balance Collections - Business to Business
- Perform research in multiple systems to find issues.
- Communicate with vendors, stores and distribution centers via phone, email or messaging to resolve issues.
- Research, analyze and make recommendations for improving methods and procedures.
- Perform reconciliation matching
- Enter approved transactions into Oracle.
- Provide superior customer service.
Ideal candidate will have the following requirements:
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable knowledge a plus
- AP/AR 2+years in a larger organization with mainframe-based accounting systems
- Microsoft suite to include intermediate excel and teams.
- Working knowledge of Oracle nice to have not required.
Years of experience required Two or more years accounting experience in a large organization with mainframe-based accounting
Education:
- High School Diploma

- Good organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
