Accounting Clerk (Bilingual English/Spanish) – Direct Hire | Miami, FL
Location: Miami, FL (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
All In One Employment Services is recruiting for a growing Miami company seeking a Bilingual Accounting Clerk with experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, administrative support, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices and billing records
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and payments
- Maintain accurate accounting and CRM records
- Verify documentation and resolve billing discrepancies
- Provide administrative support and communicate with customers and internal staff
- Assist with general office and accounting duties
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience in billing, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and accounting software
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
