Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate records, and assist with month-end close and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and payments
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts
  • Assist with financial reporting (balance sheets, income statements)
  • Prepare journal entries and support month-end close
  • Ensure compliance and assist with audits
  • Vendor Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience (or relevant internships)
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
