Job Description

Accounting Clerk

You play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. As part of our accounting team, youll help ensure accurate reporting, timely payments, and organized financial records-supporting decisions that drive the company forward. Youll collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors, contributing to a reliable and efficient accounting function.

What youll do

• Support accounts payable and receivable activities, including processing invoices and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly financial reporting tasks
• Maintain and update accurate financial records and databases
• Manage expense reports and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance requests
• Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Organize and maintain digital and physical financial files
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
• Monitor budget variances and report findings
• Contribute to improving accounting processes and team projects

What you need

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments - required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - required
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills - required
• 2-3 years of directly related accounting experience - required
• Experience in accounting or finance support - preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems - preferred
• High school diploma - required; associate or bachelors degree in accounting or finance - advantage

Salary Range:

$50,600.00-$67,500.000
