Job: Part Time Accounting Clerk
Pay: $20-$25/hour BOE
Schedule: 2-3 days a week 9:30am-5pm with a 1/2 hour meal break
Job Type: Temporary for 6 months with potential to become permanent if a good fit

Job Duties:

Assist with retro-billing invoices
Work in Excel to create invoices
Send Invoices to necessary parties
Track incoming payments of invoices
Support Finance department with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take direction well
Strong administrative skills
