Contract Remote Role | Accounting Clerk (Legal Billing, Brightflag)
9 months contract with possible extension
Pay range: $21 - 23.21/hour on w2 (All Inclusive)
Description:
- Support day-to-day legal billing operations, including invoice processing and general accounts payable activities.
- Monitor the legal billing inbox, responding to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries.
- Deliver responsive, high-quality service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Review invoices for accuracy and confirm that negotiated discounts and agreed-upon billing arrangements are appropriately applied.
- Set up and maintain legal matters within the applicable billing systems.
- Assist with accounts payable projects and other operational priorities as assigned.
- Experience with Brightflag or a comparable legal billing platform is a plus.
- Experience with the Zip intake and orchestration platform is a plus.
