Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Summary

Connectronics Corp., a U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high-voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi-pin cable assemblies has an opening in Toledo, OH for an Accounting Clerk to assist in all aspects of the organization’s accounting functions. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring company compliance with applicable standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

• 
  
• Correctly record day-to-day financial transactions.
• 
  
• Responsible for the full end-to-end management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• 
  
• Reconcile bank accounts on a daily and monthly basis.
• 
  
• Responsible for daily commissions reporting and monthly accruals.
• 
  
• Generate and maintain new vendor applications.
• 
  
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• 
  
• Help ensure compliance with GAAP and internal finance policies.
• 
  
• Provide accounting support and other administrative duties and tasks as required/assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• 
  
• Associate’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 
  
• One to three years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 
  
• Experience with accounting/manufacturing software
• 
  
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• 
  
• Ability to effectively interact with employees of all levels, including Connectronics Corp and HEICO senior management.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• 
  
• Must be flexible and able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities and workflow.
