We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting and office operations with an organization in Winston-Salem.
Responsibilities
Enter and maintain accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) data in the FACTS system
Process payments related to student activities (field trips, dues, etc.)
Assist with billing and church statement preparation
Handle vendor and account inquiries
Provide light receptionist support and general office assistance

Qualifications
Experience with AR/AP or basic accounting functions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable with Excel and data entry systems
Customer-service oriented with a team-first mindset
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity so all applicants should be available to start immediatley.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
