Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 + benefits, year-end bonus potential

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting & Compliance Manager:

• 
  
• Oversee accounting operations, reporting, budgets, and project financial performance
  • Manage Section 3, MWBE, and HUD compliance reporting
  • Review compliance documentation, payroll records, and vendor requirements
  • Prepare financial and compliance reports for clients and stakeholders
  • Supervise accounting, compliance, and administrative staff

Qualifications for the Accounting & Compliance Manager:

• 
  
• 5+ years of accounting, project accounting, or compliance experience
  • Experience with HUD, Section 3, MWBE, CDBG-DR, FEMA, or similar programs preferred
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong financial reporting and advanced Excel skills
