Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage the month-end close process, including account reconciliations, cash management, and preparation of accurate financial statements.
• 
  
• Document accounting procedures and facilitate knowledge transfer to support long-term operational success.
• 
  
• Provide financial reporting and support for management, sales, and customer service teams.
• 
  
• Reconcile inventory and sales activity across multiple entities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• 
  
• Maintain strong accounting practices with a focus on process improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• 
  
• Serve as a trusted resource for financial analysis and ad hoc reporting requests.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience within manufacturing, distribution, or a similar operational environment.
• 
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs (or equivalent functions).
• 
  
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, DDI, QuickBooks, or comparable platforms.
• 
  
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a collaborative onsite environment.
