What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting activities
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
Support audits, tax preparation, and continuous process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing
Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and internal controls
Experience leading accounting functions at a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accounting Manager level
CPA designation preferred but not required
Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience
