Accounting Consultant

Client is looking for temporary accounting support and the number of people will depend on the skill sets they are able to cover and timing of starts. This could ultimately be 2 separate temps covering different areas.

Account Reconciliation / Analysis

Looking for someone with solid accounting and reconciliation experience who can jump in and help with account reconciliations, analysis and general accounting support.

Looking for:

• Account / balance sheet reconciliation experience
• Researching discrepancies and variances
• Accounting analysis
• Strong Excel skills
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data
• Able to learn multiple systems quickly
• Staff Accountant, Accounting Specialist, Reconciliation Analyst or similar background

Credit Card / Merchant Account Reconciliation

This is a separate, more specialized need. The person will be working on the receiving side of credit card activity, specifically recording and reconciling merchant accounts / credit card receipts.

There are 100+ processors/accounts, so they need someone who has done this at volume.

Must have:

• Direct experience recording credit card receipts
• Merchant account reconciliation experience
• High-volume credit card / merchant transaction experience
• Experience reconciling multiple processors/accounts
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to research discrepancies

Important: General corporate credit card, employee expense report or AP card experience alone is not enough. We need someone who has worked on the receiving/merchant side and has reconciled credit card receipts/accounts at volume.
