These basic accounting skills will enable you to help implement Sage Intacct accounting software and automate our client's accounting functions.BTerrell accounting software consultants excel in these accounting automation implementation, support and presentation responsibilities:ImplementationAssist BTerrell Consultants in implementing Sage Intacct accounting software for new clientsImplement Electronic Funds Transfer capabilities at new clients.Research, identify and fix Customer issues within EFT Manager and Sage IntacctExtract, transform and load data from existing data sources to Sage IntacctPrepare and manage a testing environment to train clients and test configuration choices prior to go-liveInterpret and present technical instructions from a variety of resources to new usersAssist and educate client during the first days and weeks of their use of Sage IntacctSupportProvide onsite and remote support to client company end usersResearch errors, resolve problems, and recommend configuration adjustments, if necessaryAnswer ongoing client processing and configuration questionsProvide training to existing and new usersRecommend Sage Intacct best practicesWork closely with other Consultants to ensure Customer satisfaction and resolution of all open Accounting issuesReport design and data manipulationDesign financial and operational reports using Sage Intacct reporting optionsBalance client expectations with software reporting capabilitiesMaster the program tools for data integration between key business applicationsProduct presentation and sales assistanceAssist sales staff with solution presentationsIdentify and translate automation opportunities into un-utilized or under-utilized Sage Intacct functional capabilitiesBecome familiar with best-in-class third-party applications that seamlessly integrate with Sage IntacctShare opportunities for additional automation software or services with client and BTerrell sales staffSolve problems, automate business processes, and improve the client user's experienceGeneral qualificationsMajoring in Accounting is preferredWorking towards a Bachelor's or Master's degreeQuick LearnerUnderstanding of basic accounting functions and concepts in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General LedgerFearless curiosity about accounting software, business automation and leading-edge technologyCompany Description BTerrell is a dynamic and growing ERP accounting software reseller, specializing in Sage Intacct and focused on delivering high-impact solutions to organizations in the construction and financial sectors.
