Accounting & Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting & Finance Analyst:
- Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and operational performance.
- Process accounts receivable, invoicing, treasury activities, and related financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end close activities.
- Partner with leadership teams to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support audits, inventory counts, internal controls, compliance initiatives, and special projects.
Qualifications for the Accounting & Finance Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
