Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Financial Analyst to support a dynamic finance team in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This role reports directly to the Controller and will be responsible for a broad range of accounting, financial analysis, project cost accounting, budgeting, invoicing, and accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
·Manage financial information and reporting for assigned projects and contracts.
·Prepare financial inputs and supporting documentation for monthly financial reporting.
·Track and monitor labor charges, paid time off, travel expenses, and other direct project costs.
·Review travel estimates, expense reports, and reimbursement requests for accuracy and compliance.
·Create and maintain purchase requests and purchase orders for vendors and subcontractors.
·Review, validate, and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices.
