Job Details

We are seeking a highly hands-on AR/AP Lead to take full ownership of accounts receivable and payable operations within a fast-growing, high-performance organization. You will own both sides of the ledger, design the processes that don't yet exist,

Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end AR operations — invoicing, cash application, collections, and customer account management
2. Full-cycle AP — invoice coding, approval workflows, vendor payments, expense reports, and reimbursements
3. Vendor setup, payment terms, and issue resolution to keep supplier relationships healthy
4. AR/AP aging reports — proactively managing outstanding balances and collections outreach
5. Month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
6. Building and documenting SOPs and internal controls as the finance function matures
7. Cash flow visibility — monitoring the impact of receivables and payables and reporting clearly to leadership
8. Automation and system improvements to reduce manual work and increase accuracy
9. Audit readiness — keeping documentation clean, organized, and review-ready at all times


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AR & AP
  • Have built something from scratch and are proud of it
