Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Lead:
• Lead month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Analyze financial results, including revenue, COGS, and expense variances
• Partner with operations and sales to deliver business insights
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Oversee AP/AR support, intercompany activity, and cash management
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure accuracy of financial data

Qualifications for the Accounting Lead:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of accounting experience (multi-entity or public accounting a plus)
• Strong GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience
• Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency
