Accounting Lead


The Accounting Lead plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring strong internal controls. This individual will work closely with finance leadership while overseeing key accounting functions and providing guidance and support to accounting team members. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, hands-on environment where your contributions directly impact operations and leadership decision-making. This role is fully onsite in Nashville, TN.


Salary up to $88,000 + 10% bonus potential

Responsibilities of the Accounting Lead:



  • Oversee month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements

  • Review and analyze balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reporting

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, training, and support to team members in AP and AR

  • Partner with finance leadership to improve processes and strengthen internal controls


What You Need as the Accounting Lead:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor colleagues, and drive process improvements

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
