Location: Fully remote (DMV preferred, not required)
Team: 35-person nonprofit FAO practice
Reason for Opening: Continued practice growth and long-term succession planning
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple nonprofit clients
Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
Ensure accurate fund accounting and grant compliance
Assist with audit preparation and external auditor coordination
Supervise and mentor accounting staff within a multi-client environment
Partner with leadership on process improvements and technology optimization initiatives
