As an Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee daily accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and help drive efficiency across the finance department. You’ll work closely with leadership and internal teams to maintain strong financial controls, improve processes, and deliver timely, accurate financial information that supports business decisions.
What You’ll Do:
As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger activity, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Manage the preparation and review of financial reports to ensure accuracy and timely completion of reporting requirements.
  • Lead and support accounting team members by providing direction, training, and guidance to improve department performance.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to assist leadership with business planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
     
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end close processes.
  • Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
