We’re seeking a Full‑Time Accounting Manager who brings both precision and purpose to their work, so that every dollar fuels dignity, opportunity and care.  This is more than a numbers role; it’s a chance to make a real impact behind the scenes. The pay range for the position is $70,000 - $75,000.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the day‑to‑day accounting operations, including oversight of AP/AR, purchasing and payroll
  • Responsible for general ledger maintenance and journal entry preparation for month-end and year-end close
  • Prepare monthly financial statements plus annual operating and capital budgets
  • Lead the annual audit and oversee the preparation of the Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR)
  • Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards, grants, and regulatory requirements
  • Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve financial processes
  • Partner with leadership to support strategic decision‑making
  • Supervise 4 accounting staff and support the Chief Financial Officer
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business related field, required. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience; nonprofit experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
