Key Responsibilities

As the Accounting Manager, you will:

• 
  
• Lead revenue recognition activities in accordance with ASC 606
• 
  
• Own the P&L and balance sheet for assigned business units
• 
  
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• 
  
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and process improvements
• 
  
• Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• 
  
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff while supporting future team growth
• 
  

Qualifications

Ideal candidates for this Accounting Manager role will have:

• 6–8+ years of accounting or finance experience
• 
  
• Strong revenue recognition experience required
• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 
  
• Experience supporting sales-driven, operational, or manufacturing environments preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
