Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Oversee general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for leadership review
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and regulatory adherence
• Manage and develop accounting staff
• Partner with operations to improve financial processes and efficiency


Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and lead a team
