Accounting Manager
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
