Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: On Site in Canton, OH
Salary Range: $115,000 to $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Accounting Manager):

• 
  
• Oversee the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• 
  
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve aged items promptly
• 
  
• Partner with Tax and Audit teams to maintain compliance and support internal/external audits
• 
  
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and standardize practices across the business
• 
  
• Manage cross-functional relationships and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications (Accounting Manager):

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 
  
• 8+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory or team leadership experience
• 
  
• Experience working in a global or shared services environment, ideally in manufacturing
•
