Accounting Manager (Bilingual in English and Chinese)

Hiring for Accounting Manager in Chino CA (Bilingual in English and Chinese)
Pay Rate: 80K to 100K
Full-time direct Hire onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking
• Process bi-weekly payroll and manage monthly commission calculations
• Handle quarterly sales tax filings (California) and annual filings for other states
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and conduct detailed account analysis
• Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Support audit activities by preparing documentation and providing clear explanations
• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting tools to ensure efficient and accurate financial management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field (U.S.-based)
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder)
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks required)
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain a reliable, consistent work schedule
