Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing key financial functions to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and stability of the manufacturing plants financial operations. This role drives the monthly closing process, manages standard costing and inventory controls, oversees fixed assets, and supports manufacturing budget performance. In addition, the Accounting Manager ensures timely and accurate financial reporting to the parent company while developing and guiding the Accounting team to maintain strong internal controls and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Lead and control the monthly financial close process, including review, reconciliation, and variance analysis. • Oversee fixed asset and inventory controls, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance. • Oversee daily and monthly budget control for manufacturing operations, including monitoring cost performance and identifying variances. • Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including reconciliation, review, and approval of journal entries to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records. • Prepare and report financial results to the parent company in a timely and accurate manner. • Manage all costing functions, including product costing, standard cost maintenance, and cost analysis. • Supervise, train, and develop Accounting team members to support departmental performance and growth. • Perform other duties as assigned.
