This role is a high-level Controller overseeing financial operations for a $35M+ service center.
As a strategic financial partner, you will collaborate with leadership to drive profitability, establish strong controls, and lead financial reporting, forecasting, and planning.
You will manage and develop the accounting team, oversee billing and cash flow, and influence operational decisions through profitability analysis and cost reduction initiatives.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting, 5+ years of experience, proficiency in GAAP, and strong leadership and communication skills.
This position offers direct ownership of a multi-million-dollar P&L, a seat at the leadership table, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.
Compensation ranges from $110,000-$120,000, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
