We move fast, grow intentionally, and build teams that thrive.The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our central finance team, reporting directly to the Controller. In this role, you'll own the accounting operations across a complex multi-entity, multi-state structure — leading close processes, managing intercompany accounting, supporting M&A integrations, and partnering with FP&A and operational leadership on financial reporting and controls.This is a high-visibility role in a high-growth environment. If you've thrived in PE-backed or multi-site healthcare organizations and are energized by building scalable accounting infrastructure, we'd love to connect.What You'll DoLead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities and practice locationsReview and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and account analysesManage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminationsPrepare and review consolidated financial reporting packagesSupport accounting integration of acquired practices, including chart of accounts mapping, balance sheet validation, and post-close transition activitiesCoordinate external audits, lender reporting, and PE-level financial requirementsDevelop, mentor, and supervise accounting staffIdentify automation and process improvement opportunities across accounting operationsPartner with FP&A and operations leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisWhat We're Looking For5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacityBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferredDemonstrated experience managing accounting for multi-site, multi-state, or multi-entity organizationsStrong technical foundation in GAAP, intercompany accounting, consolidations, and complex close processesExperience within a private equity-backed organization preferredHealthcare services, dental, physician practice management, or MSO experience strongly preferredExperience with Sage Intacct a plusM&A accounting or acquisition integration experience strongly preferredWhy OMS360We're one of the most active acquirers in the oral surgery space, backed by Shore Capital Partners, and we're building the finance infrastructure to match.
