What You’ll Do
• Lead month-end close processes, including inventory accounting, reserves, accruals, and financial reporting
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and plant teams to analyze cost, inventory, and margin performance
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial results to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement across accounting processes, systems, and controls
• Oversee standard costing, transfer pricing, and cost roll activities
• Act as a key business partner across finance, operations, and corporate teams while supporting audits and reporting requirements

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including manufacturing exposure
• Strong knowledge of inventory, cost accounting, and general ledger processes
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
$130,000-$150,000 + bonus
