Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

• 
  
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings in coordination with internal and external teams
• 
  
• Review financial statement disclosures, footnotes, and supporting documentation
• 
  
• Partner with business units to resolve accounting questions and ensure GAAP compliance
• 
  
• Support M&A activity, impairment analysis, and implementation of new accounting standards
• 
  
• Improve disclosure controls, streamline reporting processes, and enhance efficiency
• 
  

Ideal Background for the Accounting Manager Manager

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; advanced degree preferred
• 
  
• CPA strongly preferred
• 
  
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

Accounting Manager Salary: $120,000 – $150,000
