This full-time role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, highly organized, and confident managing both processes and people. **Compensation** - **Salary:**\$70,000/yr\$90,000/yr, BOE - **Schedule:**Full-time, on-site - **Location:**St. Clair County, IL **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger activities - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Manage account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all financial data - Lead month-end and year-end close processes - Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis - Supervise and mentor accounting staff - Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and support business goals
