Accounting Manager
Salary: $110K - $120K

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Prepare and consolidate monthly financial statements
• Oversee AP/AR and manage month-end close process
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and bank activity
• Support audits across multiple channels (year-end, governmental, insurance)
• Maintain internal controls and improve accounting policies/procedures
• Lead, train, and support accounting staff and divisional teams
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in accounting leadership (Accounting Manager or similar)
• Strong GL experience and month-end close expertise
• Construction industry experience preferred; CMiC a plus
