Kforce's client, a growing, global manufacturing organization in Grand Haven, MI is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and partner with senior leadership on financial performance and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop an accounting team in a fast-paced environment
  • Oversee general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
  • Partner with shared services to ensure accurate AP/AR and transactional processing
  • Support forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance
  • Coordinate audits and external relationships
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies
  • Manage cash flow and support treasury activities
