Accounting Manager - Growing Aerospace Manufacturer (hybrid) 

This role key leadership position and will be responsible for overseeing all core accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, payroll accounting, AP/AR, and month-end close. In addition to day-to-day accounting leadership, the role partners closely with operations and corporate finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost visibility across manufacturing activities.

The environment is hands-on and operationally focused, with exposure to ERP-driven accounting processes, manufacturing-related financial data, and continuous improvement of accounting systems and internal controls. The role also manages and develops a small accounting team and plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to corporate leadership.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or related field
• 10+ years experience in financial field
• 5+ years experience in an accounting leadership role with supervisory responsibility 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Payroll software, and ERP systems.
• Management skills: planning, execution, organization, follow-up 
• Strong strategic planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis skills

$100K - $130K base salary, dependent on experience
