Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in multi-entity environments
• 
  
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• 
  
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 
  
• Comfortable in a role without direct reports
• 
  

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• Manage full-cycle accounting activities for multiple entities, including AP, AR, billing, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• 
  
• Prepare journal entries, month-end and year-end close activities, sales tax filings, and financial reporting support
• 
  
• Monitor cash activity, intercompany transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
• 
  
• Provide executive support through calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and confidential project assistance
• 
  
• Utilize AI tools and accounting technology to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
• 
  
• Support process documentation, reporting enhancements, and collaboration with external CPA and tax partners
