Summary
The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organization skills with excellent communication and technical skills. This individual must have the ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare corporate month end close for balance sheet, revenue, expenses and equity.
  • Prepare quarterly close entries and assist with investor reporting for PE
  • Prepare quarterly and reforecast supporting schedules
  • Prepare variance analysis
  • Prepare various ad hoc partner requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Assist in the preparation for the year end audit.
  • Prepare annual reporting for third party entities.

Knowledge/Experience
  • 4+ years of general accounting experience supporting corporate entity and/or public accounting
  • Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance required.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Financial Service industry experience is a plus.
  • NetSuite strong plus
