Job Description: As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial processes. Your role will involve strategic financial planning, budget management, and fostering a collaborative environment within the finance department.


Accounting Manager Responsibilities:



  • Lead and supervise the accounting team

  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes

  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies

  • Develop and implement financial procedures and internal controls

  • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals

  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management


Accounting Manager Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • CPA certification preferred

  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
