Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• 
  
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger and financial reporting
• 
  
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including inventory and cost accounting
• 
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• 
  
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare management reports
• 
  
• Review account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiencies
• 
  
• Supervise, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team
• 
  
• Partner with operations and leadership to support sound financial decision-making
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 
  
• Previous experience leading or supervising an accounting team
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
