Accounting Manager | $85,000 - $110,000 | La Porte, IN
An established company is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting functions while helping guide financial strategy and reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end and year-end close activities
- Review account reconciliations and financial reports
- Supervise accounting staff and workflows
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting efforts
- Support audits and regulatory reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Prior accounting leadership experience preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
