This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic accounting leader to oversee core financial operations, drive process improvements, and help scale a high -performing finance function while leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.<\/span><\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, ensuring accurate GAAP -compliant reporting<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and accounting policies<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Oversee AP and AR, including billing, cash application, and vendor payments<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor and improve working capital metrics, including DSO, DPO, and cash conversion cycle<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Serve as the accounting lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, optimizing system usage, workflows, and reporting<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure audit readiness<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Drive process improvements & build scalable accounting operations to support company growth<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting, AP, and AR teams<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Partner cross -functionally with leadership, finance, operations, and IT<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

  What We Are Looking For<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Active CPA license<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience managing general ledger, financial close, AP and AR functions<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Hands -on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain preferred<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, audits, and internal controls<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
