Location: Livermore, CA (100% onsite)
Pay: $115-130K

We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager with a well-established organization in Livermore. This role is fully onsite and requires someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger activities
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close
• Process invoices, payments, and journal entries accurately and efficiently
• Assist with financial reporting and audit support
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operations teams

Required Qualifications:

• Must have hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or SAP Business One- non-negotiable
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
