This position offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of our management team, contributing to our strategic direction while ensuring the integrity of our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting functions, including audit, inventory management, tax filings, financial accounting, financial statements, and financial analysis.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes.Managing the organization's tax filings to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Overseeing the audit process, coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.Managing the inventory process, ensuring accurate and timely inventory counts and valuations.Providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making by the management team.Developing and implementing effective accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.Supervising, mentoring, and developing the accounting team to ensure a high level of competency and engagement.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
