Job Details

This role is responsible for supporting general ledger accuracy, account reconciliations, and financial reporting within a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations
Analyze account variances and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end close and internal reporting
Partner with internal teams to clear outstanding items
Maintain organized documentation and support audit readiness
Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
3–5+ years of accounting experience
Strong general ledger and reconciliation experience
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
