Key Responsibilities

• 
  

• Own the month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

  
  
• 
  

• Oversee account reconciliations, including cash reconciliations and audit-related activities.

  
  
• 
  

• Lead, coach, and develop the on-site accounting team, with a particular focus on mentoring the Staff Accountant.

  
  
• 
  

• Partner with senior leadership and operations to provide financial insight and support better business decisions on the shop floor.

  
  
• 
  

• Support the annual audit and year-end close while maintaining strong accounting controls and processes.

  
  
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  

• Manufacturing accounting experience is required, with experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

  
  
• 
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  
  
• 
  

• Strong understanding of month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  
  
• 
  

• Confident people leader who can coach a team and effectively communicate with senior leadership.

  
  
• 
  

• Experience with Infor SyteLine or a similar manufacturing ERP is preferred.
