Accounting Manager | Miami, FL | $130K + Bonus 

Join a fast-growing renewable energy company that's expanding its North American infrastructure footprint. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside the Controller and CFO, helping build scalable accounting processes while making a direct impact in a high-growth environment.
Schedule: Onsite 4 days/week 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
• Partner with leadership to strengthen internal controls and improve accounting operations
• Support audits, technical accounting, and multi-entity financial reporting
• Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP optimization
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and project accounting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial reporting and business performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (multi-entity experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and internal controls
• NetSuite and Power BI experience highly preferred
• Project Accounting experience under ASC 360-10 preferred
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
• Experience with Power Automate, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools is a plus
• Background in energy, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other project-based industries is highly desirable
