In this role, you will play a key part in managing collections, monitoring cash flow, reviewing invoices, and ensuring the accuracy of trust account activity. - On-site presence strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a Finance or Accounting specialized major preferred
- Must have experience in a service-based industry, law firm preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred
- Experience with CMS strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to Murrieta required
- Demonstrates a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
